The US API at api.novu.co experienced 504 gateway timeout errors during a routine deployment, causing downtime in several regions between UTC 12:44 to 13:04. We immediately rolled back to the previous deployment and systems fully recovered at 13:04. We are continuing to monitor system health and investigate root cause.
